GOT A HAIR CUT

Was sick of my hair an went an got it all chopped off today, not sure if i like it or not yet!!!! Will see if it can look the same after i wash it an have to do it myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How cool is that open for anyone to go an use, Alisha, brooke, Abbey and i went and we had alot of fun, walked around the footy field as they are spread out around the outside, had a walk too!!!

This morning was the markets an our weight watchers group did our planned monthly walk, an we where shown this we stopped off an tried them out, so later the girls an i went back an had a go, alot of fun an will start doing at least once a week kids can run around the footy feild too, it's a really good idea!!!!!

But the effects of a 13year old sleep over birthday party, on firday the 13th of all days, not alot of sleep!!!!!

Can't wait till we can meet up again an hopefully have more time!!!!!!

Ok so i can see that i have lost some weight, an with more will look alot better, I am getting there!!!! A work in progress!!!!!!!

Thanks to our lovely leader Helen she did us all a copy of the ceritficate an pictures taken on the day we did, we had alot of fun an raised a fair bit of money too which was good too!!!!

And talk about timimg our meeting was about not being able to see the changes, still thinking you are big, alot think the same so it was really good to know!!!!

Also i had an incredible loss of 1.8kg so know i have lost 18.6kg since 29th of jan 2008!!!!!!!!

I think i'm doing pretty good!!!!!!!

Core really has been the best choice i have made, thanks again mia!!!!!!

I have been doing so well with last weeks loss of 1.3 kg an 16.8kg done so far, but when i loaded these pictures in the computer sunday night. I don't know they just made me feel so bad, i really can't see any change, even though the pants are falling off me!!!! I have had alot of people say i have lost weight, an was feeling good, but i don't know i just couldn't see it in the pic's!!!!

Aftera good cry and what i needed the most advise from 3 very good freinds thanks sue, mia and elaine!!! What would i do with out you??? But if nothing else it has made me stronger an even more determind to get to goal(not that they would let me fall to far!!!!) so i must be learning!!!! Once i would have reach for choc, lollies or what ever, but not this time it just made me want it more!!!

I have also learnt how much a treasure the freindships i have made with some very supportive an caring ladies, i have been blessed to make as my freinds!!!!!!
