Thanks to our lovely leader Helen she did us all a copy of the ceritficate an pictures taken on the day we did, we had alot of fun an raised a fair bit of money too which was good too!!!!And talk about timimg our meeting was about not being able to see the changes, still thinking you are big, alot think the same so it was really good to know!!!!
Also i had an incredible loss of 1.8kg so know i have lost 18.6kg since 29th of jan 2008!!!!!!!!
I think i'm doing pretty good!!!!!!!
Core really has been the best choice i have made, thanks again mia!!!!!!
