Unfortunatley i had to go to my friends dad's funeral, the day after weigh in and after i made my 5% goal and the 5kg the week before, so i got this pic taken in the aro when i got home!!!!
As i said i still can't see a change, i guess i will soon well i hope so!!!!!!
