THE VERDICT!!!!!!!

OMG is it possible to gain 6.6kg's in 2 weeks, 129.4kg's now!!!!!!! + the 1kg gain the week before so really it's 7.6kg's in 3 weeks, LOL i'm good at doing the program the wrong way!!!!! well with me anything is possible!!!!! So i'm doing the fast track of the new satisfaction program, hoping to get back so i have my 20kg's lost, then move forward for the new year 2009!!!!!

So far so good food wise an points today was good, also got 35mins done on the treamill!!!! It's so hot here my hair was dripping so that has to do some good !!!!!! My new goal is 5kg's that will get me back to my 20kg lost so far!!!! Then 5% which is 6.5kg's, then 10kg, then 10% which is 13kg's, then 15kg's then 20kg's!!!!

I have joined the 10kg for easter challenge so lets hope i do better than the xmas one, but i did do pretty good!!!! I almost made made it, so hoping i will for the easter one!!!!!

My goal for this week is to do the fast track points and exercise for 30 mins everyday, I'm determind to do it!!!!

ALMOST FORGOT THE XMAS CHALLENGE!!!!!!

Well i was so close a few hundred grams from my 10kgs goal, then the last week i weighed in an gained 1kg an then i didn't weigh in again but i know i gained, i was so close, or well, i'm joining the easter challenge so hopefully i will do better with that one!!!!!!

DECEMBER!!!!! I'M SURE I'VE HIT THE BOTTOM NOW THE ONLY PLACE TO GO IS UP, SO HOPING 2009 IS A BETTER YEAR!!!!!!!!

Where do i start the begining i guess!!!!

Well started back at weight watchers a new program comming out so all excitment, sounds good we will see!!!! 16th dec we get the new material an it's our xmas break up for the year, all in all a lovely night!!! Bummer with ttom i had a 1 kg gain, go home do tea try to get abbey to eat she has been sick all day an asleep, wake her she won't eat or drink, then about 20 mins later she comes out of her room, lays on the lounge an starts to take a fit, i call kelvin the kids are all crying an upset, now she stopps breathing, omg so we run her to the hospitial
as we get there she starts, thank god is all i can say!!!! Lucky my sister got down today so i can get her to drive me over, as she has to go to bundy and only one of us can go, i get kelvin to so i can get my sister to run me home an pack us all some stuff, bye the time i get to the hospitial she is crying for her numy(dummy as we call it!!!) Lucky i had one in her dora bag!!!!i got her pj's an drink cups an all that, well my sister did!!!!Packed the kids around to my mums, so i can tell them she is ok, as they are all still very upset!!!! My mind was racing thinking how close it was to my dads aniversary, an how my cousin went through all he did, i only had the smallest glimspe an it scared the hell out of me, but we where very lucky an she is fine, just a ferbile convolustion, have to watch as she may do it again, OMG i hope not!!!! But she is ok me i spent the next week or so a mess stressing out watching her sleep touching her to make sure she was ok!!! Then the other kids started getting the temps so looking after them, didn't make it to the next weeks weigh in, but i know i have put on i can feel it!!!

As if this month couldn't get any worse well it has, but as bad as it made me feel it has made me feel much more stronger and i'm hoping incontrol!!!! I got all i wanted and more for xmas a lovely ring from kelvin, a new camera, books and bits and pieces muma mia movie which he girls and i love!!!! a new mp3 player to get me motivated with my exercise!!!!

AND THE NUMBER 1 THING I WANTED A WII AND WII FIT!!!!!

Well usually i hide my weight from kelvin and the kids, but i decided not too today we all did our profile on the wii fit, of course they where all in the ideal section, me i was the bit as high as it would go obese, i just stood on there an cried i felt so horrible, i felt so yuck i have never felt so bad before, cause i have always hid it!!!! But now i have to admit it an make sure that this time next year i'm out of that obese section!!! i know i didn't get this big overnight an i know that with starting with 60kgs it will take me 2 -3 years to loose it, not like i have been beating myself up for doing so crap some weeks, but hey the muscle has to make the weight loss look slower, but i would rather it be slow an help me be not so flabby well lets hope so, so like i said what a year i sure felt today like i hit rock bottom, so i weigh in tommorrow the first time in 2 weeks so i will see the verdict!!!! But like i said here's hoping 2009 will be a better year!!!!!

So i finally made it back to my 20kg loss mark on the 19th of november 2008, today is a sad day it's the one year aniversary for traee, he sure is missed but not forgotten!!!! I'm sure he is shinning bright in the sky every night!!!!!

So what i put on in 2 months took me 2 months to get back off again so that's not too bad, so far my plan for xmas is to not gain any of that 20kg back, hoping i lose some more before then, but with me who know's, just have to see an hope it all goes well!!!!! December is not the best month for me on the 19th will be 27 years since my dad passed away, that day never get's any easier, an i feel worse now not living near the cementary, where i can't go out and put flowers on his grave, but i was lucky enough to be down there for his b'day this year and again in august, an no matter where i am i still talk to him and i hope he hears me!!! an knows how much i miss him!!!!For i'm sure he is shinning bright in the sky at night watching over me and his grandkids!!!!!

My 3 months of online run out at the end of the month so i will go to meetings, i have missed it!!!!

MY COUSIN'S WEDDING & THE XMAS CHALLENGE!!!!!

AUGUST 2008- NATE"S OP!!!!!!!!!

OMG, just tonsils out, why do we have to stay in the brissy area for 2 weeks after the op, got down a few days before the op, which was sat the 9th of august 2008. Had to be at the hospitial for 6am LOL!!!! at 9 we are still in the waiting area, talk about test your nerves!!!!!!

So we finally get up he is all preped, an he's not too bad, then we sit an sit, then they bring 2 other kids back into his room, ok now he's getting worried looking at the other kids, an he decides he is ready to go home, I'm trying not to cry!!!! an convince him it's ok, bit hard when i'm not doing much better than him.

Finally it's his turn i can't go down with him, so kelvin goes!!!! an soon as he's gone i go out side an cry!!!!!! get myself together we go an wait an he's back!!!! He dosen't look very good, but he's awake, good sign right, then he has a bleed, the nurses clean him up an his sheets. Ok an they keep watching him an he keeps crying, then it happens he starts vomiting blood, OMG it's a rush to get them all back in the op room to stop it, ok by now i'm a mess if it wasn't bad enought the first time the second one sure was a killer!!!!!

So he had 2 op's in a few hours, but better the next day kinda, it took 2 weeks exactly for him to stop crying an needing painstop every 4 hours like they said he would!!!!!

So i will never complain about the 2 weeks having to stay incase of bleeding, after seeing him do it, i just thank god he was still at the hospitial when it did!!!!

So there is most of august, an STRESS STRESSS!!!!!

JULY 2008 & GRANDMA'S 80TH B'DAY!!!!!!

OK first it was my birthday at the start of the week, then the end of the week is my grandma's, she turned 80 this year, so it was a trip to Ipswich, an drinking an not tracking again!!!! Got home an then got word on nate's tonsil op so another to trip to brissy in about 2 weeks, oh an came home with the flu!!!!!

Ok back for nate an op date set for the 9th of August, stress i just gave up!!!!!! He wasn't too worried but i sure was an boy did i eat for it!!!!

OMG it's my birthday an i have turned 35 today, made my goal to be down 20kg for my birthday!!!!

An oh what a lovely suprise i got one of the best birthday presents i could ever get from a freind, i hold very close to my heart, she is a true inspiration!!!!! I got a lovely phone call from elaine all the way from scotland and andy her son!!!! I can't believe we had a chat on the phone!!!!!! Thanks for ringing me elaine, won't be able to wipe the smile off my face all day, although it was a little early an i do have to try an get some sleep, i guess too much excitment, i couldn't sleep!!!!!!

How cool is that open for anyone to go an use, Alisha, brooke, Abbey and i went and we had alot of fun, walked around the footy field as they are spread out around the outside, had a walk too!!!

This morning was the markets an our weight watchers group did our planned monthly walk, an we where shown this we stopped off an tried them out, so later the girls an i went back an had a go, alot of fun an will start doing at least once a week kids can run around the footy feild too, it's a really good idea!!!!!

Also i had an incredible loss of 1.8kg so know i have lost 18.6kg since 29th of jan 2008!!!!!!!!

I think i'm doing pretty good!!!!!!!
